What your shares are worth
share price = vault value ÷ total shares
your value = your shares × share price
Coins are valued 5% under the market price, closer to what they'd actually sell for, and a little SOL is kept back for network fees. Deposits get shares at the price before the new SOL lands, so a new deposit never dilutes existing holders.

Rules the code enforces
Paid only on profit
There's no deposit fee and no withdrawal fee. When a vault's share price makes a new all-time high, 15% of the new profit is taken as fresh shares (no SOL leaves the vault). 5 points of that go to the vault's creator, the rest to novum. If the price falls, nothing is taken until it beats its old high again.
Be clear on this
While novum is in beta, each vault's wallet is held by novum's servers (custodial). Every trade, deposit and withdrawal is on-chain and visible, but the funds aren't locked by a smart contract yet. That's why deposits are capped at 1 SOL per wallet and 25 SOL per vault. Read the risks.
